We are pleased to be able to welcome you once again to Riad l’Orangeraie. In spite of the ongoing pandemic, the Moroccan government has swiftly imposed strict guidelines that have curbed the spread of the virus within the country, allowing Morocco to ease their restrictions and open their borders for travel.

We are looking forward to having you back in your Moroccan home whilst ensuring that the safety of our guests and staff will not be compromised.

Our commitment to health, safety and security

Riad l’Orangeraie encompasses many open spaces and much of your time will be spent in the open air, from our two courtyards to our roof top. As part of our commitment to the health and safety of our staff and guests in the riad, the following measures will be taken:

• – All guests and staff are required to wear face masks in communal areas
• – Social distancing must be observed throughout the Riad
• – Increase cleaning and disinfection of the Riad, paying special attention to high contact points – i.e. door handles, public rest rooms and table tops
• – Complimentary face masks, gloves and hand gel will be available throughout the day
• – Disinfectant stations are available at the Riad entrance and on the rooftop terrace
• – Your room will be cleaned and aired twice a day to improve air circulation
• – The exterior of your luggage will be disinfected before being taken up to your room
• – All staff will have their temperature checked at the start of their working day
• – Guests can request for a doctor at any point in time should there be a need for it
• – If your country of residence requires a negative Covid test upon arrival, we have an agreement with a laboratory for a nurse to come to the Riad to administer the PCR test.

Our cancellation policy

We understand that in such unprecedented times, travel plans are subject to changes. To give you a peace of mind, we are offering greater flexibility in our cancellation policy for bookings made after November 2020. Book your holiday to Morocco with confidence, and if you are unable to travel due to flight restrictions, you may postpone or cancel your reservation up to the last minute prior to your arrival at no extra charge (with proof of flight cancellation).
